SHIPPING POLICY

All items on cliccraftgifts are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping times after production:

• Domestic (within the seller's country): 5-8 business days
• - International: 8-15 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. cliccraftgifts is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at darkobrlecic@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue.
